We offer an annual maintenance check service as an alternative to any major work that your home may be in need of and to stave off the financial outlay a full re-roof will entail.
Obviously, this service will not appeal, or be needed by the majority of home owners or for homes built relatively recently.
It may be required if you have a home that (for example) is 80 years old and is tiled in small rosemary tile and they have begun to shail and fall apart. If this is the case, we can overhaul your roof and replace any problematic tiles with new/reclaimed, allowing you to keep your money in the bank and any worries of paying for a re-roof to one side.
